RP Investments locates the property, performs the due diligence, and creates a PPM (investment portfolio and financial analysis package), and sends it to you for review. manage apartment buildings.
Apartment buildings are a unique investment vehicle in that they
provide high current income and also provide a strong growth component, both
through the monthly rents and the rising property values. We also look for
value add opportunities. This makes our program suitable for many types of
investors. Retirees invest with us for income. People who wish to participate in
real estate but do not have the wherewithal to own property outright find us
attractive. Others like the idea of investing in real estate but have no desire

RP Investments welcomes both Accredited and VIP investors. For 100+ unit apartment buildings, we are only able to accept Accredited Investors at this time. For 45-100 unit buildings, we accept both Accredited and VIP Investors.

Accredited Investors.
Accredited Investors, as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidelines, must meet either of the following income or assets requirements:

Income: Annual individual income was at least $200,000 in each of the last two years, or joint income with a spouse was in excess of $300,000 in each of those years, and has reasonable expectations of the same income level in this year.

Assets: Current individual net worth or joint net worth with their spouse is at least $1,000,000 (one million). This does not include a principal residence.

VIP Investors.
VIP investors are those investors who do not meet either income or assets B within the accredited investor class above, but do have significant investment, business, and financial experience.
For our 45-100 unit opportunities, we invite our VIP investors to contact us at VIPInvestors@rpinvestments.us. We will schedule a time to discuss your investment goals and ascertain if you're a good fit for our upcoming projects.
Minimum financial investment from a VIP Investor is $50,000.
