Property Investment Communities
RPI with its sound investment strategies enhances investor portfolios through participation in our exclusive Property Investment Communities(PIC). RPI creates PIC's with people who've had a little real estate investment experience, but hate the thought of being a landlord and having to collect rents and deal with all the aggravation of the upkeep and management of the property. Once you have been accepted by RPI, you will be placed in a community with similar investors. Once a property is identified by RPI, a Private Placement Memorandum(PPM) is created and distributed to interested investors within a PIC. This PPM contains all the disclosures, financial, and demographic information for that property. Community investors can review this and ask any questions prior to making any financial commitment. RPI only provides PPM's to investors that already have a pre-existing relationship with the company. How do you know you can trust us? The good news is that you're not taking a leap of faith with RP Investments. EVERYTHING is visible to you: Once we have identified an apartment building that meets your investment criteria, then we send you a PPM that outlines everything about the property you'll be investing in with other investors like yourself. You are given all the facts... about the property, it's demographics, it's rental history, why we believe it's a developing market, what appreciation we believe will the property will create, the cash-on-cash return and all the associated numbers, etc.
so that you can make an informed decision. We will also have a teleconference such that we can answer all your questions before you make your decision to invest or not.
You know exactly which property you're investing in.
We don't leave you in the dark when you invest with us. Once purchased, teleconference calls are scheduled with the Asset Manager every quarter to keep you informed on what's happening. Our Asset Managers primary focus on long-term strategic financial planning rather than on day-to-day operations of the property. They take several factors into consideration, such as property values, taxes, zoning, population growth, vacancy issues, job growth, transportation, and traffic volume and patterns periodically reviewing our real estate holdings to identify properties that should be sold within the next year.
